This made me think. How much fuel would we save if we used email/digital correspondence for all possible correpsondence? In other words replacing all letters, bills etc. Of course there are legal documents that will probably need to be delivered in paper format, but I bet the majority of US snail mail can be sent via electronic format. Save oil, let’s rid ourselves of the USPS.
