Do some searching and you’ll find that there’s quite a bit of research going on with resveratrol… seems that different grape varieties will have different levels of it, based on how ’stressed’ they are. Grapes from tougher climates, like Portugal and Spain, will have more resveratrol than Cali or French grapes. And we’re talking reds only here… forget the whites. The red wines have other antiox goodies like anthocyanins, too. Drink up!
