Ok, so can a restraining order be binding if the person who implements it chooses to be within physical proximity to the violator? I mean isn’t this one of those things where the woman generally calls the cops to enforce the restraining order? I didn’t think cops acted on anonymous tips to enforce these things. How dumb.
