Internet Explorer browser has been a developmental pain for the Web design community. Now, Microsoft has announced there will be an IE 7 browser and it actually looks like they have been listening to the gripes! UPDATE: The CTO of the Opera browser has offered up a challenge to prove if Microsoft has fixed said problems. Stay tuned.
